We know that chiropractors, or DCs play significant role in healthcare delivery as musculoskeletal and pain specialists, and as general primary care providers managing overall health conditions. Nutritional insufficiency or poor dietary intake is linked to chronic health conditions commonly seen in DC clinics, such as chronic inflammation and pain from joint degeneration, muscular weakness due to comorbid health conditions or aging, GI issues concurrent with autoimmune or musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, scoliosis, osteoarthritis, and arthralgia.

Nutrition can help patients to resolve symptoms of chronic inflammation, improve joint and bone health support enhanced metabolic health and weight loss, target dyslipidemia to improve heart health, augment immune, microbiome and women’s health with specific probiotics, and overcome muscle loss and sarcopenia for better ambulatory health.

This presentation instructs chiropractors and all healthcare providers on establishing a dispensary of care to address nutritional needs to patients with evidence-based nutritional solutions.
