In this podcast Dan Kalish, DC discusses effective patient communication skills and the importance of looking at the patients’ perspective in order to overcome patient fears and concerns. They review what considerations should be made to ensure the response is delivered effectively, allowing for greater confidence to be built in the patient-practitioner relationship. Included in the discussion are “next steps” when it comes time to purchase supplement programs and how patient education relates to supplement compliance and long term adherence to a supplement program.

Dr Daniel Kalish studied at the University of London and conducted research with biochemist Dr Robin Monroe at Cambridge University. His studies led him to working and learning under the renowned psychiatrist R.D. Lang, as well as Dr John R. Lee, a pioneer in the use of progesterone and to teaching collaborations with Dr Diana Schwarzbein. Dan has written several books, including “Your Guide to Healthy Hormones.” He currently maintains an active and international consultation practice with patients.
